The majority of initial projects consisted of residential dwellings/developments. The last decade has seen a shift in our expertise toward the commercial, industrial and educational sectors. We find ourselves currently involved in a wide range of projects within the office, retail, industrial, educational and of course, residential sectors.
Our goal for every project entered into, is to provide contemporary and innovative solutions for our clients needs in terms of design and project implementation. In today’s challenging economic and environmental landscape, we strive to reconcile the site and environmental conditions, the clients’ needs and budgetary constraints. The aim is to arrive at a solution mixed with both good architecture and a sustainable end product.
Smut and Boyes Architects aim to marry budgetary constraints, green principles, functional and aesthetic principles together in creating efficient and pleasing outcomes.
